# The contest is open to all students from classes 6 through 10 studying in India.
# There is no participation fee – the contest is free for all eligible students.
# Essays must be original and must not be published elsewhere.
# Plagiarized entries shall be summarily rejected.
# The Learning Network shall have the copyright on the essays received in the contest.
# One participant could submit only one entry.
# The Learning Network reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the contest and revise or repeal any of the terms & conditions, evaluation criteria, submission deadlines etc.
# In all matters concerning this contest, the decision of The Learning Network shall be final and binding on all contestants.
# Disputes, if any, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Ranchi district only.

How to Register?
Please visit https://thelearningnetwork.in/essay-registration/ for registration. The last date for registration is 30.11.2021. Before submitting this registration form, the participants are strongly advised to open a Telegram account (in case they haven’t) and join us on our Telegram Channel at https://t.me/tlnindia so that they may receive important information and guidelines regarding the contest, webinars, certificate courses etc in time.
How to write and submit the essay?
1. The contestants are advised to take 2-3 printouts of the T|L|N Essay Writing Sheet (format is available here) on an A4 paper and write their essay in their own handwriting as per the given format. The required personal details must be filled in properly. If you use more than one page, please ensure that you fill in your personal details on all pages. Minor variations in word limit (up to 100 words) are acceptable.
2. A scanned copy of the essay in PDF format (single file) would be required to be uploaded at https://thelearningnetwork.in/essay-submission/
3. There are several online tools for conversion of images to pdf. One such online service is, https://smallpdf.com/jpg-to-pdf
4. The name of the essay file (in PDF) shall be the Mobile/Telegram No. of the contestant. For instance, if someone’s Mobile/Telegram No. is 9876543210, the PDF filename shall be 9876543210.pdf. Kindly ensure that you abide by this guideline so that we may properly trace all the uploaded documents without any hassle.
